Terms of Service

These terms apply between CarerLink ("we") and the agency that creates an account ("you").

The service

CarerLink helps you track staff compliance. It supports, but does not replace, your own judgement and your duties as a CQC-registered provider.

Trial and subscription

• New accounts get a 14-day free trial.
• Plans are priced by the number of active staff and can be paid monthly or annually.
• You can upgrade or downgrade at any time; changes apply from the next billing period.
• If a subscription lapses, your account becomes read-only. You can still view and export your data.

Your responsibilities

• Keep sign-in details secure and give each person their own account.
• Make sure you have a lawful basis for the staff data you enter.
• Don't upload unlawful or malicious content.

Data

You own your data. Our handling of it is governed by the Data Processing Agreement.

Liability
